Payment methods

Our Available Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our webshop:

Payment in advance:
We will send you the account details by e-mail together with the order confirmation. As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship the ordered goods.

Creditcard:
Payment can be made with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. The credit card details can be entered safely via a secure SSL procedure.

PayPal:
Pay quickly and easily via your PayPal account which is linked to your bank account or credit card.

SOFORT:
Is the TÜV certified, secure payment method of the company Payment Network AG.
If you want to pay with SOFORT Überweisung, you only need your online banking data, i.e. usually bank details, PIN and TAN data.

Giropay:
Giropay is an online payment method offered by some banks within the German banking industry.
It was developed specifically for the needs of eCommerce. When you make a Giropay payment, you are in your bank's online banking environment.

SEPA:
With a bank transfer you securely pay the amount of your online purchase. You instruct the bank to transfer a certain amount to the beneficiary account holder.
With this payment method, it may take a little time before the money is actually received in our account.

Klarna:
Shop now. Pay later. Klarna makes it possible to pay for the order after 30 days.

When can I expect my order?

Payment processing time varies by payment method. When you choose an online payment such as credit card, PayPal or Bancontact, we receive the payment directly in our system and the order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
A bank transfer can take 1-2 business days.

Invoices and VAT

The invoice is the proof of purchase that you will receive once the order has been processed. The invoices are also stored in your Clean Air Optima account.
If you do not have an account, the invoice can be sent digitally by our customer service.

It is not possible to adjust the invoice afterwards.

If you order for business, a VAT number can be entered during the ordering process. The VAT number is stated on the invoice.
With a business intra-community supply with a valid VAT number, you will receive an invoice without VAT.

Payment failed or declined

If the payment has failed, we advise you to check whether the amount has been debited from the account. If this is not the case, the order can be placed again.
Please contact our customer service if the amount has been debited but you have not received an order confirmation.

Coupons and discount codes

There may be temporary promotions with a discount code. You can redeem this during the checkout process.
Discount codes are only distributed via the newsletter, webshop or via our customer service. Discount codes obtained in another way (eg other webshop) are not valid.
